As we prepare for Thanksgiving this year and begin to gear up for the holiday season, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what I am thankful for this year:

One of the most important decisions a person makes during their lifetime is selecting their home. I am very thankful for our residents who have chosen to live at one of Westover’s apartment communities this year. Whether you are a new resident, or you have lived with us for several years, I would like to thank you for placing your trust in Westover and giving us a chance to provide you with a home. It is our residents who make our work meaningful as we strive to support our 23,000+ residents every single day.

Thank you to our commercial partners who this year have chosen one of our office or retail spaces to conduct their business. Whether you are new to a Westover commercial space or a long-term partner, thank you for choosing Westover commercial to support your business needs.
We are thankful for our dedicated employees
Your collective effort ensures that Westover continues to deliver on the promise of providing people with nice, affordable places to live, shop and play. Thank you for working tirelessly behind the scenes at our residential, commercial and retail properties, and also at our main office. This year alone, we turned 4,500 apartments and moved in over 8,300 new residents into their new apartment homes. We also welcomed six new apartment communities into the Westover family and renovated several properties across our residential and commercial portfolio. What impressed me most are the every day maintenance and leasing tasks that are required for keeping our 12,500 residential apartment units and two million square feet of commercial and retail space afloat and our customers happy.
