Westy The Elf Came to Visit All Westover Properties!
Westover Companies hosted a fun social media contest for the holiday season. Westy the Elf can sometimes get lost around his community. However, with the help of Westover residents, he was found in all different spots throughout the communities! Westover residents uploaded “selfies, AKA, “elfies” with Westy for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card. Many Westover residents took their “elfies”, take a look at some of the entries below!
Santa visited Wyntre Brooke and Hollow Run Apartment’s Furry Residents!
Santa hung out at the Wyntre Brooke Apartments Leasing Office in West Chester, PA for the afternoon! Many residents and their pets were able to take pictures with the big jolly man! Some of the furry residents were a bit scared at first, but Santa brought his magic and gave them yummy treats! One resident even brought her cat! Take a look at some of the pictures below!

The Grinch Stole Independence Crossing!
Just kidding. Independence Crossing in Phoenixville, PA is still in great hands. The whole crew was having a blast in the leasing office. This community was not only visited by The Grinch, but Santa Claus, Santa’s elves, and his reindeer too!
The Grinch and Santa did not get along too well, but they came together in the end so that way the residents were able to have their picture taken! Independence Crossing and Sherman Court residents were also able to enter into a raffle to win a variety of prizes!
