The Weather Outside is Frightful, but Resident Events are so Delightful!
Unless you live at our apartment community, Green Briar West, located in Miami, FL, you may not have as many opportunities to have fun in the sun due to the bitter cold season. However, many Westover properties love to host fun and exciting events even when the outdoors won’t let us!
Would Anyone Like Some Hot Cocoa?
Valley Forge Suites
Located in King of Prussia, the Valley Forge Suites hosted a “Cookies & Cocoa with Santa” event for their residents. Building a sense of community is key for Westover properties, and this event was able to bring people together for a fun afternoon with a special someone who is dressed in a big red suit! Residents enjoyed the Hot Cocoa Bar that included toppings such as marshmallows, caramel bits, crushed peppermint, and hazelnut/vanilla sticks! The residents were also able to enjoy holiday treats and cookies while taking their picture with Santa Claus!
Whiteland West Apartments
More hot chocolate and cookies were offered at Whiteland West Apartments located in Exton, PA! Residents within the community were so delighted to have a wonderful treat in order to stay warm in this bitter cold weather! What a great way to start your day before running errands to do last minute gift shopping around town!
Wyntre Brooke Apartments
Ringing in the New Year with more Hot Cocoa at Wyntre Brooke Apartments! This Westover apartment community located in West Chester, PA offered their residents hot cocoa with many wonderful toppings to pick from such as butterscotch, pecan chips, chocolate chips, cinnamon sticks, marshmallows, and more! They even had a New Year’s Photo Booth with fun props for residents to get their picture taken with!
Doors, Balconies, & Patios are Merry & Bright at Westover’s Apartment Communities in Lansdowne, PA!
Many of the residents from Lansdowne Towers, Hillcrest Apartments, and Gladstone Towers took advantage of their balconies, patios, and front doors in order for a chance to win money off their rent! There is no better way to get into the holiday spirit than seeing all of the colorful decorations and lights strung beautifully for everyone to see!

Who Has Bingo?!
Princeton Orchards Apartments community hosted an End of the Year Bingo Night at their clubhouse! Residents had the chance to win a variety of gift cards and also enjoyed food and refreshments! What better way to celebrate the end of 2019 than this! Congratulations to all of the residents who won!
