On January 20th, 2023, Westover Companies held a Grand Opening Event for our VIP guests at our new Wilmington, DE property, 901 Market Tower.
Grand Opening Means Ribbon Cutting!
Once all of our guests arrived at the community, we gathered together in the 901 Market Tower lobby for the ceremonial ribbon cutting! We were honored to have the Mayor of Wilmington, DE, Mayor Michael Purzycki, who spoke and assisted with our ribbon cutting ceremony.
Guided Tours for Guests!
Once the ribbon was cut, guests were able to take a tour of some of the luxurious apartments at 901 Market Tower! Property Manager, Ashley Crossan, and Regional Manager, Tammy O’Connor guided guests to some of the most unique floor plans offered. Here at 901 Market, we LOVE having a lot of living space. A Fun Afternoon Well Spent with Food and Refreshments!
Ribbon cutting, guided tours, food and drinks, oh my! Guests were having a great time mingling with one another in the 901 Market Lounge area! People enjoyed the delicious local catering, and some even played a game of pool in the lounge.
