Resident Appreciation MONTH just happened at this Westover community in Downingtown, PA! Yes that is right, Black Hawk Apartments had an entire month full of resident appreciation activities. The leasing team picked from a bin with all of the apartment numbers in it. Once they chose a number, the resident from that apartment received a box of chocolate along with an envelope that had another prize inside! The prizes include lottery tickets, gift cards, and a new blender! The person who won, was able to pick the next winner! The resident who won on Valentine’s Day was able to get money off their rent!

Residents had the chance to wine down on Valentine’s Day by entering to win this awesome basket that has a bottle of Rosé and chocolates!

How sweet is this lovely gesture to come home to on Valentine’s Day?! The residents from Wyntre Brooke and Hollow Run apartments located in West Chester, PA were given some delicious candy treats along with instructions on how to enter to win a $50 Amazon gift card! All the residents needed to do was fill out their pink slip by stating one thing they LOVE about their apartment home.
