Westover Wins 2022 DAA Maintenance Mania!
The Delaware Apartment Association hosted their 2022 Tradeshow, Education Conference, and Maintenance Mania Event on Thursday, April 28th at the Chase Center in Wilmington, DE.
What is Maintenance Mania?
The National Apartment Association (NAA) offers Maintenance Mania as a national program where maintenance technicians throughout the property management industry compete against each other in a variety of skill-based games.
Each game is based on speed and completing the challenge of the maintenance task. The challenges vary such as, changing a lock, replacing a smoke detector, a race car contest, and more!
What Happens If You Win?
The competitors who score the highest across the other property management companies, the NAA will fly all individuals with the best time to participate in the National competition. This year the NAA Apartmentalize Conference and Maintenance Mania will be held in San Diego, California from June 22nd through the 24th.
Who Won From Westover?
This year, the Westover Team exhibited incredible talent during the competition. The audience was up on their toes, and you could feel the intense heat throughout the room! The Westover Maintenance Techs ended up crushing the competition and placed in the Top 3 Overall Winning Spots!
